Praveen Gupta
Chief Executive Officer

Praveen is a Co-Founder of Comtel and has experience of over 15 years in the IT industry. His experience is derived from various business sectors including sales, support, training and delivery of technology solutions.

Prior to diversifying into outsourcing services, Praveen promoted Comtel and led the company as a professional IT organization with more than 100 people focused on services to business partners such as Hewlett Packard, Epson, Canon, Godrej and Wipro. Through his entrepreneurship, Praveen has administered several office automation and other large-scale IT solutions projects.

Praveen has a bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.

Jai Prakash Gupta
Technical Director

Jai Prakash (JP) is a Co-Founder of Comtel and has been an entrepreneur in the IT industry for over two decades. His focus on marketing of IT solutions particularly to the stock brokers fraternity for over ten years has enabled him to gain significant expertise in handling mission critical solutions and in resolving technology related issues faced by stock brokers.

JP holds a Masters degree in Business Management from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.

Vijay Nevrekar
Chief Marketing Officer

Vijay has spent over 20 years in the field of sales and marketing of enterprise wide solutions in the Information Technology industry. He comes with a strong business development/ account management background, particularly High Value System Integration Programs. His earlier responsibilities have included coordinating several large enterprise-wide product programs for Unisys Corporation, India as Program Manager and Alliance Manager at the national level.

Vijay has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.

Sunil Gupta
Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Sunil is the youngest member of Comtel and its financing partner. With an agile mind, Sunil effectively manages the financial health of Comtel. His ability in managing funds for high net worth clients and in investing in the Indian stock market stems from his experience as promoter of Ms. Transglobal Securities Limited, a Rs. 20 crore ($ 4.5 million) enterprise with interests in the Leasing and Stock Brokers industry since 1995. Ms. Transglobal Securities Limited has been a member of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) since the year 2000 and the Bombay Stock Exchange since the year 2006.

Sunil is a graduate of the H.R. College of Commerce, Mumbai.

Sushil Gupta
Financial Advisor

Sushil is a Financial Advisor to Comtel and guides the company on various financial issues. As head of M/s Transglobal Group of Companies, Sushil brings immense experience in managing funds for several large companies and enabling their listing on the Indian Stock Exchanges.  Sushil manages funds to the tune of Rs. 7000 crores ($ 1.5 Billion).

Sushil is a graduate of the H.R. College of Commerce, Mumbai.
